Settle in, connect with other guests whilst sipping on a seasonal tea and enjoying a nourishing snack
Broths + dressings
Learn about how to make broths as bases for soups and ramens to enhance their nutritional benefits.
Together we will create delicious probiotic dressings to enhance seasonal salads. You’ll also learn how to construct creative prebiotic salad using ferments, roasted roots and seasonal leaves.
Seasonal sprinkles + soups
We will make a seasonal soup using the broth base. You’ll also learn how to make a dukkah using nuts, seeds and spices, to support digestion and boost your gut health.
Lunch
Using the dishes we have prepared in the morning we will enjoy a delicious salad of vegetables, ferments + pickles, pulses + grains and our probiotic dressing. Alongside our seasonal soup topped with our dukkah sprinkle.
Fermentation
Learn about the benefits of kombucha and how to make your own brews at home using seaonsal and wild ingredients.
Make your own lacto-ferment sauerkraut using seasonal produce boosted with spices and herbs to take home with you.
You’ll also learn about brine fermentation and kimchi.
Breakfast inspiration
Learn how to make your own fermented spiced granola and golden honey that can be adapted to whatever you have in your pantry. Followed by creating a personalised probiotic breakfast pot for you to take home and enjoy the next day.
Nourishing treats + teas
Using medicinal mushrooms you’ll make refined sugar free sweet treats. We’ll also make a seasonal herbal tea blend to be enjoyed with your nourishing treat and discuss how the recipe can be adapted for the different seasons.
Departure
You will leave with a delicious jar of fermented vegetables, a scrumptious sweet treat to satisfy your cravings for the week, a fermented breakfast pot, and a comprehensive recipe pack filled with valuable insights and mouth-watering recipes to fill your seasonal store cupboard.
